POSITION SUMMARY: Ensuring all procedures of Limousine services provided to guests of Galaxy Macau are performed to the hotel’s standards. Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor the service standard of our contracted limousine service provider, the conditions and cleanliness of vehicles. Communicate with the company whenever issues arise - Ensure all chauffeurs are professionally well groomed - Remind and ensure all limousine chauffeurs replenish amenities as well as the limousine is kept in tip top conditions after each errand - Constantly remind as well as monitor all chauffeurs ensure they are aware of our greets to all guests with Asian Heart Gesture, establishes eye contact displaying warm & sincere smile, use guest name at least once but not more than three times in conversation • Accept bookings and co-ordinate with drivers to meet required vehicle and passenger demand - Ensure obtaining sufficient information from booker in order to dispatch the order to chauffeur correctly and clearly • Schedule and assign driver breaks.-monitoring GoConcierge, reminding outsource Supervisor to assign the chauffeur for meals break before the peak period - Being on top avoiding chauffeur go for break without inform or during peak period • Document pertinent information in the log book. - Any incidents or unfulfilled reservations are to be entered into the log for future reference and follow up • Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with on-coming dispatch attendant -Constantly reviewing GoConcierge system to update on any added assignments and follow up or follow up passing over to on coming dispatcher reporting duty ensuring no booking is missed • Maintain positive guest relations - Maintain positive guest relations with all Team Members ensure update information is received and relayed to all • Monitor and ensure drivers perform their job functions - Always monitor all vehicle ensuring chauffeur reaches the exact location that had dispatched ensure chauffeur call back to confirmed they arrived the correct pick up location - Ensure chauffeur inform dispatch centre whenever the original reservation is any differently change by the guest and a follow up informing booker for approval • Never argue with Guests or let other associates argue with Guests - Never argue with either internal or external guest or even let other associates argue - Stay calm ensure obtain all details and ensure follow up action is provided to the superior if cannot handle • Complete other assignments as directed by Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Limousine - Ensure all other assignments directed by superior is completed all task has to be completed by deadline dates REQUIREMENTS: • High school education or equivalent experienced preferred • Hotel transportation experience an advantage • Experience with computers or word processors • Speak and understand Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Maintain good inter-Departmental relationships • Work any day of the week and any shift • Have a well groomed, professional appearance
