維修員 Maintenance Technician

主要職責

  • 負責物業內的供水供電系統、中央空調系統、排水渠及其喉管、其他有關物業設施的裝置維修及其保養事宜。
  • 排程並定期檢查各項設備，以保障其正常運作
  • 監督維修承辦商的維修工作及進度
  • 對相關設備及系統的運行狀況作評估和整理維修記錄並向上級報告。執行緊急維修工作或其他突發事故。

職位要求

  • 具初中或以上教育程度
  • 2-4年空調製冷/電器/喉管維修及保養的實務工作經驗
  • 需輪班工作
  • 持職安卡及有效的電工技能證明者優先考慮
