• Participate in research and communication of data application requirements.
• Deeply understand the data needs in business scenarios and participate in the planning and design of data product systems.
• Responsible for designing and implementing data models related to data products, and participate in the design and development of data visualization.
• Provide support for the usage and promotion of data products, collect and analyze user feedback, and continuously optimize the content and experience of data products.
• Respond promptly to daily data service requests, completing data service work on time and with quality.
• Track and analyze business operation data to provide effective suggestions for business operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience; experience in big data processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and online business operation logic.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence models (e.g., Claude, LLAMA, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese & Mandarin)
