Major Responsibilities • Manage the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with the clients requirements and the respective design documents • Develop job estimates for CCTV, Vehicle Access Control, Door Access Control, Burglar Alarm System, Data transmission IT Networks (LAN), Structured cabling & other ELV systems • Participate in system design and costing, review & amend CAD drawings • Supervise contractors / subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment. • Conduct field inspection of ongoing supervision of installations. • Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover. • Manage completion and delivery of project documentation Qualifications - Professional Diploma or Bachelor degree in construction project management - ELV and MEP services management track record on major projects - 8-10 years experience and and technically competent on CCTV, Surveillance & Security System, Access Control, Alarm System, Structured Cabling and all associated ELV systems - Strong leadership and team management experience is desired - Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, planning and execution skills Interested parties should send the curriculum vitae, academic transcripts and copies of professional related certificates, to our email : recruit@chubb.com.mo Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.
