Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing design including design narrative, specification, calculations and drawings production;
• Responsible for liaising and coordination between client and contractor;
• Responsible for reviewing and commenting the temporary and permanent design and method statement submitted by contractor;
• Responsible for on site supervisory works and all other site coordination work;
• Ensure the construction work is construct according with the drawings and specifications of the contract, and provide adequate technical solutions whenever necessary during construction;
• Assess contractor’s monthly payment work-done and the completed work quantities accordance to the contract;
• Manage the construction work progress according to the construction programme, and provide solution to client for catching up the progress if delay occurs;
• Maintain good working relationship between all parties.

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or above;
• Registered in DSSCU is a must;
• At least 12 years or above relevant civil engineering experiences with relevant design and calculation background;
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
• Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, Office, etc.;
• Knowledge of soil mechanics and soil excavation;
• Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;
• Positive and affirmative communication skills.

• 負責提供設計，包括設計敘述、規格、計算和圖面製作；
• 負責客戶與承包商之間的聯絡與協調；
• 負責審查和評論承包商提交的臨時和永久性設計和方法報告；
• 負責現場監督工作及其他一切現場協調工作；
• 確保施工工作依照合約圖和規範進行，並在施工過程中隨時提供必要的技術解決方案；
• 依合約規定評估承包商的月付款額及已完成的工作量；
• 依照施工計畫管理施工進度，如遇延誤，應提供客戶解決方案，以趕上進度；
• 維持良好的工作關係。

• 土木工程專業本科或以上學歷；
• 必須為澳門註冊工程師；
• 具備至少12年土木工程相關工作經驗，具備相關設計、計算背景；
• 流利中文、粵語和英語進行書面和口頭交流；
• 能夠使用電腦軟體，如AutoCAD、PDF、Office等；
• 了解土力學和土體挖掘；
• 能夠在最低限度的監督下獨立工作並按時完成公司和客戶規定的任務；
• 積極、肯定的溝通技巧。
