Assistant Duty Engineer / Duty Engineer

職務範圍：
1. 為所屬工種及轄下工作進行物料採購申請
2. 參與各項巡查工作及工作會議
3. 參與部門轄下應急操作及預防措施
4. 屋宇及機電設備資料搜集及更新工作
5. 對部門的技工、自己轄下工作、工具及物料的使用等 進行規劃和監管
6. 因應職務需要，進行跨部門的協調溝通
7. 部門維修工作跟進及記錄
8. 委派人員跟進維修工作單
9. 跟進外判商日常工作記錄
10. 接聽部門工作熱線電話
11. 按需要發出維修工作記錄
12. 工程部門文件記錄及文檔處理
13. 於週六、日因應部門安排而進行值班

Job Description:
1. Make material purchase applications for the job types and tasks under the department’s jurisdiction
2. Participate in various inspections and work meetings
3. Participate in emergency operations and preventive measures under the department’s jurisdiction
4. Collection and update of E&M equipment data and technical information.
5. Plan and supervise the use of department technicians, subordinate work, tools and materials, etc.
6. Carry out cross-department coordination and communication according to job needs
7. Follow up and record department maintenance works
8. Assign personnel to follow up on maintenance work orders
9. Follow up on daily work records of outsourcers
10. Answer department hotline calls
11. Issue maintenance work records as needed
12. Engineering department file recording and document processing
13. Be on duty on Saturdays and Sundays according to department arrangements

職位要求：
1. 熟悉三行木工油漆工作優先；
2. 工程學學士學位或以上程度；
3. 對屋宇設備的營運與維護有基本認識；
4. 熟悉安全規範和程序；
5. 良好的中文、英文口語和書寫；
6. 能夠獨立工作和承受壓力；
7. 工作積極主動、具團隊協調能力及服從性；
8. 偶爾需輪班或夜間工作，並提供24小時支援服務；
9. 資歷較淺者將獲考慮成為助理工程師。

Job requirements:
1. Familiar with carpentry work, plastering work, painting work is preferred;
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering or above;
3. Have a basic understanding of the operation and maintenance of building services.
4. Be familiar with safety regulations and procedures;
5. Good spoken and written Chinese and English;
6. Able to work independently and deal with working under pressure
7. Be proactive, have team coordination and obedience;
8. Occasionally required to work shifts or nights, and provide 24-hour support services;
9. Candidates with lower qualifications will be considered for the post of Assistant Engineer.
