Responsibilities: • Report the regular work to Assistant Director of Engineering and Duty Engineer. • To develop and implement designed plan for equipment maintenance, take the lead in the processing of emergency maintenance train talent within department. • To provide supervision and guidance and on the job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality. Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and work request) for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy and completeness. • Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially. • Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity. • Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
