Job Desription Facility Maintenance Management • Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate on-site contingency measures effectively. • Develop and oversee the routine maintenance and servicing plans for company facilities and equipment. System Maintenance • Prepare detailed inspection reports and promptly address any irregularities through immediate action or scheduled repairs. •Administer the maintenance and upgrading of the company’s electromechanical systems, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Contractor and Team Supervision • Conduct training programs for technical personnel to enhance their competencies in maintenance procedures and safe operational practices. • Lead and supervise internal technical teams and external contractors to ensure adherence to project quality standards and timelines. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting • Compile comprehensive technical documentation, maintenance logs, and annual inspection reports. • Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities are in strict compliance with governmental regulations and internal corporate standards. Job Requirements Education and Professional Qualifications • Degree in engineering-related disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, etc.). Work Experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, engineering, or related fields, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. • Experience in managing technical teams or contractors is preferred. Skills and Knowledge • Proficient in reading engineering drawings, operating maintenance tools, and using monitoring systems. • Familiar with relevant local regulations (e.g., Gas Safety Ordinance, Fire Services Ordinance, etc.).
