Job Desription Facility Maintenance Management • Develop and oversee the routine maintenance and servicing plans for company facilities and equipment. • Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate on-site contingency measures effectively. System Maintenance • Administer the maintenance and upgrading of the company’s electromechanical systems, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations. • Prepare detailed inspection reports and promptly address any irregularities through immediate action or scheduled repairs. Contractor and Team Supervision • Lead and supervise internal technical teams and external contractors to ensure adherence to project quality standards and timelines. • Conduct training programs for technical personnel to enhance their competencies in maintenance procedures and safe operational practices. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting • Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities are in strict compliance with governmental regulations and internal corporate standards. • Compile comprehensive technical documentation, maintenance logs, and annual inspection reports. Job Requirements Education and Professional Qualifications • Degree in engineering-related disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, etc.). Work Experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, engineering, or related fields, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. • Experience in managing technical teams or contractors is preferred. Skills and Knowledge • Proficient in reading engineering drawings, operating maintenance tools, and using monitoring systems. • Familiar with relevant local regulations (e.g., Gas Safety Ordinance, Fire Services Ordinance, etc.).
