Our client is an integrated fitting-out contractor based in Macau. They are now seeking an MEP Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Take a leadership role in all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of the fit-out project.

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate MEP installations on-site, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project specifications, schedules, and budget constraints.

• Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise; proactively identify and resolve MEP-related issues.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MEP activities, including installation schedules, inspection reports, and change orders.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project design.

• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of MEP work to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Prepare and update project plans and progress reports, ensuring timely delivery of all MEP works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 15 years of experience in MEP management within the construction industry, preferably related to fit-out projects.

• Demonstrated success and a robust project portfolio.

• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards.

• Strong technical skills to identify and address MEP challenges on-site.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and negotiation abilities.
