MEP Project Engineer / 機電項目工程師

Responsibilities:

  • Assist MEP Project Manager in team coordination and task execution
  • Prepare technical reports, construction drawings, material submittals and related project documentation
  • Conduct site coordination, monitor site progress & quality and manage material arrangement for MEP works
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors for system T&C and handover
  • Carry out other relevant duties as assigned by the MEP Project Manager or senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Building Service / MVAC / Electrical)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant MEP working experience
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and engineering drawing software
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible and a good team player
  • Macau Resident

  • 負責現場協調，監控機電工程進度、質量及材料安排
  • 聯絡客戶、顧問及承包商，跟進系統測試調試（T&C）及移交工作
  • 執行機電項目經理或高層主管指派的其他相關工作

要求：

  • 持有 樓宇機電設施/ 冷氣 /電氣 學位或文憑
  • 應徵機電工程經理或機電工程師職位, 最少擁有3年的相關工作經驗
  • 熟識電腦操作，包括AutoCAD、MS應用程式
  • 良好的英語和粵語 口語和書寫能力
  • 主動、獨立、負責、有良好的團隊合作精神
  • 澳門居民
