客戶聯絡主任 Customer Liaison Officer

Job Responsibilities

Handle the administration affairs including but not limited to general affairs, inventory management etc.
Handle post-selling affairs / customer services
Handle clerical jobs including but not limited to Quotation Proposal, Tendering, Reporting, Billing etc.
To supervise supply-chain affairs
Perform other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Diploma on Business administration related discipline
At least 1 year working experience. Knowledge on tendering process is an advantage
Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
Familiar on MS offices
Able to work under pressure and good team spirit
