業務總監

工作職責：

綜合戰略目標，積極開拓新渠道的合作（包括：銀行、中介、代理等）
對接商業客戶，拓展職域營銷
保持與各渠道的緊密聯動，規劃業務推動方案及監控業務目標的達成
結合市場動態，及時調整銷售方案
綜合管理各渠道的中後台服務工作，包括：產品培訓
統籌部門各項工作的開展及對接總部
其他上級安排的事項

要求：

學士或以上學歷（主修：工商管理、市場營銷、經濟或財務較佳）
具5年或以上銀行或保險公司相關工作經驗
具有保險相關牌照/資格
具良好的溝通能力（廣東話、普通話及英文）能操流利普通話優先考慮
具良好的中文、英文語言及文書能力
具良好的辦公軟件能力
具良好表達溝通技巧
