We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) to oversee our marketing efforts in the Macau market. The AMM will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various social media platforms and managing sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Douyin, and Dianping.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Macau market.
• Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns and partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the playground.

Agency Coordination:

• Work closely with external marketing agencies to execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Sales Platform Management:

• Oversee the management of sales platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience and transaction processes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers and packages that attract customers to the playground.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Mall Promotion Coordination:

• Work closely with mall management to explore potential promotional opportunities and events that can enhance visibility and drive traffic to the playground.
• Coordinate participation in mall events, ensuring effective representation of the brand.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives, providing regular reports to management.
• Use insights gained from analytics to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Additional Requirements:

• Macau citizenship is an advantage. Travel to Hong Kong is required for meetings and promotional events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
