Job Specification:

Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key customers and strong relationships with customers & consumers to secure new business opportunities
Coordinate and execute new product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth
Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to understand pricing dynamics, customer needs, and consumer behavior
Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth
Provide sales reports, presentations, and business reviews to support strategic decision-making
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
