Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute online and offline promotional events, including but not limited to product launches, sales promotions, and brand campaigns.
2. Coordination and Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, vendors, partners, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Promotional Material Preparation: Assist in preparing promotional materials.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect event data, analyze event performance, and prepare reports with actionable insights for improvement.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for event planning.

Requirements:
1. Education: Studying major in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
2. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
3. Creativity: Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities to propose innovative event ideas.
4. Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
5. Personalities: Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
