Marketing Communications Manager

Our client is a Five-Star Hotel, they are now seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join them.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the hotel's marketing communications strategy.

  • Oversee advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral to support marketing objectives.

  • Efficiently manage the marketing communications department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality and consistent marketing collateral.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing communications team and demonstrate strong project management skills.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Marketing Communications.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or above.

  • Previous work experience in a branded hotel or large-scale operation is advantageous.

  • Required skills include strategic orientation, problem-solving abilities, administrative proficiency, interpersonal skills, and PR expertise.

  • Strong project management skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and fluency in either Cantonese or Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
