Our client is a Five-Star Hotel, they are now seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join them.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate the hotel's marketing communications strategy.
Oversee advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral to support marketing objectives.
Efficiently manage the marketing communications department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality and consistent marketing collateral.
Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends to enhance marketing efforts.
Provide guidance and support to the marketing communications team and demonstrate strong project management skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Marketing Communications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or above.
Previous work experience in a branded hotel or large-scale operation is advantageous.
Required skills include strategic orientation, problem-solving abilities, administrative proficiency, interpersonal skills, and PR expertise.
Strong project management skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, and fluency in either Cantonese or Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
