POSITION SUMMARY

CI&CA team is a small yet critial for marketing services. There are 3 main responsibility for CI&CA - Market and Customer Insights, Competitor Intelligence and Performance Tracking and Reporting. The team of 3 now has each own role in delivering responsibility. Starting with 2023, with borders releases and markets resume, our target market scope are expanding (from China mainland + Macau to 10 international markets adding). Moreover, digital channels are also expanding (new social media accounts for each international market, plus new non-gaming CRM), needs of data and performance analysis are significantly increased. Therefore, we want to hire a working level (Sr. executive role) who has experience and specialized in data analytics but with sense of insights that supports VP-CI&CA to drive data into business implication/insights.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Support in data mining and data analytics for existing databases (Social media, website, Mini-program)
2. Maintain digital dashboard update and advance digital dashboard functions for better and speedy report analysis purpose
3. Support the digital dashboard scope expansion to international market social media for tracking and reporting
4. Support in improving the marketing mix model
5. Collect market insights and competitor activities in the international markets and report back with insights
6. Support CI&CA in data mapping across different data sources (incl. external data - social listening, search index, primary research data and internal database data) to provide better market and customer segmentation, profiling as well as drivers
90 Day Plan:
- Independently handle digital dashboard (Power BI) update and report. - Proposal of digital dashboard advancement incl. design and development is ready i.e. expansion of market social media, social listening, and campaign tracking..

REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in data analytics
* A minimum 2-3 years of experience with digital and media analytics, covers both mainland China ecosystem and Asian markets ecosystems is a must * 3-5 years of industry/sector experiences or gaming/hospitality/travel industry preferred *strong sense in data analytical skills with experience in data mining, statistical modelling and analysis * proficient with excel, Powerpoint, Qualtrics and SPSS/SAS/Python, SQL
