Senior Manager - Performance Marketing

Position Summary:
Galaxy Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced leader of digital platform management to set the vision, process and strategy for supporting the company promotions. The candidate will work closely with Galaxy Macau, Broadway Macau and StarWorld's resort, retail, F&B and entertainment operations and marketing services teams to create compelling digital marketing campaigns/promotions to inspire travel to our properties.

The candidate will be responsible for managing all assigned digital platform, not only daily operation , but also campaigns/promotions from start to finish. He/she will serve as the main liaison of communication between the marketing teams and digital services team during the campaign flight and must be able to translate needs into actionable tasks and see them through to completion.

The candidate must be a proven innovator and digital channel expert, ready to build and grow our brand awareness and promotions in digital channel. The candidate will be responsible for leading the digital campaign team to develop campaign/promotions, working towards set KPIs around the growth of GEG brands' awareness and ecommerce in Greater China and overseas market. This role reports to AVP of Digital Services.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital platform partnership strategy and cooperation
• Gather and understand new and existing business requirements and implement the digital channel solution to meet these requirements
• Drive awareness, advocacy, promotion and storytelling around GEG brands and campaign to engage both current and prospective visitors
• Lead social campaigns process, from campaign conceptualization, partner resource negotiation, to execution, problem solving and quality assurance prior to launch.
• Measure and report performance of all campaigns partner with digital platform, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with external digital platform and internal marketing/operation/IS&T/Procurement teams on all elements of digital channel management.

Requirements:
• 6+ years managing complex digital marketing across multiple requirements and KPI/revenue goals are met is an absolute requirement
• China Digital Experience required and must be familiar with OTA, social platforms and online media buying
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Proven ability to motivate and work efficiently
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related discipline
