  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Supermarket Manager

Position Summary:

The supermarket manager is responsible for overseeing all the activities that play out in the supermarket store. He/she is expected to provide effective management and ensure the transformation of the supermarket. The manager is expected to be at the center of top quality service delivery to the customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the overall supermarket operations management including sales performance, brand strategy, inventory control, and team building
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and overall operational strategies to ensure performance targets are met
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors in relation to business terms, ordering, delivery and promotion etc.
  • Plan, drive and monitor process improvement programs to enhance business performance and cost control
  • Conduct market search and prepare annual buying budget
  • Study trends, authorize clearance sales and also determine all required sales promotions
  • Identify market trend and opportunities to increase sales and profitability
  • Review merchandising by formulating pricing strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Working experience in retail industry is a must, holder of other related professional qualifications is definitely advantageous
  • At least 12 years’ relevant working experience in supermarket with minimum 8 years in managerial position
  • Possess market acumen, exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Extensive retail operations experience, strong financial analysis abilities and crisis management capabilities
  • Strong analytical mind, organization and negotiation skill;
  • Independent and self-motivated;
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
