e-Commerce Executive (Online Store operation and marketing)

Job Highlights

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in eCommerce
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
Limitless opportunity for growth

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the online shop, including order management, product placement, content arrangement and website content updates
Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Support the development of creative and proven promotional initiatives to maximize sales and profit.
Respond to customer feedback and work to build and grow the customer community.
Assist in the formulation of annual, quarterly, and monthly promotion plans, as well as budget plans.
Coordinate with various parties, such as media, KOLs, live hosts, and carry out related execution work for the platform
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and providing suggestions to optimize the company's publicity and promotion on the online platform to drive the growth of online retail business.
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in e-Commerce, Marketing or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in eCommerce
Familiar with e-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Red, Tmall is an advantage
Experience in retail industry is an advantage
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Detailed oriented, responsible, independent, analytical and data driven
Strong understanding of buying behavior in different markets
Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth through e-commerce channels
