Junior Surveyor and Driver

Job Scope

Site Measurements: Take as-built records and produce accurate digital drawings.
Cost Estimating: Assist with pre-contract cost estimates, tendering processes, and tender evaluations.
Inspections: Conduct building condition surveys and help diagnose building defects.
Reporting: Assist property surveyor in preparing survey monitoring programs, valuations, and technical reports
Assisting Property Surveyor in carrying out surveying work in the field and Using of survey equipment for execution of surveying tasks;
Undertaking the preparation, care, repair and maintenance, transportation and safeguard of survey equipment, tools and materials for field survey operations; and
Liaise with Property Surveyor and Client on their needs to prepare maintenance and improvement work orders accordingly.
Provide shuttle service using the company’s 7 seater van for senior staff and guests, limited to once or twice per week at most.
Ensure the company van is in good condition, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning scheduling.
Assist in running business errands if required.

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Services, Property Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
With relevant working experience in building maintenance and renovation work
Proficiency in PC applications
Good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese
Experience in driving 7-seater vehicles; experience transporting executives preferred
Valid Macau driver's license; thorough knowledge of Macau road networks, traffic conditions, and regulations; proficiency in using mobile maps for route planning; Hong Kong driving experience preferred
Responsible, punctual, honest, courteous, with a clean driving record and positive attitude
Nonsmoker preferred
Must hold a Macau Resident Identity Card, immediate availability is an advantage

Fixed working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Sundays off
