Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, scheduling, designing, and executing of FIT-OUT projects to meet requirement of budget and time constraints.
  • Provides assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinates projects with all stake holders.
  • Maintains close working relationship and good communications with the user group for each project.
  • Complies with procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Administrating and maintaining entire project information.
  • Prepare quotation
  • Working on project coordination and on site supervision independently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Engineering, Architecture, Project management or a related field
  • At least 6 years of work related experience and 4 years on Management level
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD, drawing software, MS Office and MS project
  • Ability to work in multitask and to prioritize
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, communication and Leadership skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to read and understand architectural & engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good analytical capability and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with office automation tools and facilities management systems
  • Independent, responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude, willing to learn and work in team
  • Experience of project management in Casino / Hotel Resort/retail development or construction will be preferred
