Our business focuses on interior fitting out projects. We are based in Hong Kong and currently we are having regional offices in Macau, Singapore, the Philippines and the major cities in the Mainland. Due to our business expansion, we are now looking for the following post :-

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for costing and budgeting control, monitoring and managing the progress and quality of the project
 Leading the project team for the execution of the project within budget & time frame and meet with quality requirements
 Liaising with client, consultants, sub-contractors and other related trades to execute the project management

Requirements:

 High Diploma or above in Construction Management /Building Studies related disciplines
 At least 15 years’ experience in construction, decoration or fitting out projects, of which at least 5 years in managerial level
 Previous exposure to hotel and casino fitting out projects of Macau as added advantage
 Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem solving skills
 Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
 Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
