1. Project Planning and Execution
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, and work sequences for multiple projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
2. Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including junior project managers and other staff.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
3. Budget and Financial Management
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control.
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
4. Risk Management
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Quality Assurance and Control
• Ensure all construction work meets the highest quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
6. Client and Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and changes.
7. Regulatory Compliance and Safety
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
8. Problem Solving and Decision Making
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
9. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management and clients.

Qualification/Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management (at least 10 years), with a track record of successful large scale project delivery.
3. Experience with project management software such as MS Project；AutoCAD a plus.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
