Supervisor

●5+ years of experience required; 1+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred
●Experience on Luxury Hotel operation and renovation
●Leadership and communication skills are essential
●Strong knowledge of carpentry and painting techniques, tools, and materials
●Good organizational and time management skills
●Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
●Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
●Understanding the field of painting and varnishing work
●Able to operate associated tool and equipment
●Well reporting on materials stock level.
●Knowledge on Maximo work order system/ Machine is preferable
●Cantonese and Mandarin
●Have a mature personality and work independently
●Experienced on FOH are preferred to be considered on FOH workshop.
●Experienced on Mall are preferred to be considered on Mall workshop.
