Property Management Manager

Our client is a Property Management Company in Macau. They are now looking for Property Management Manager to join them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the property management team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for effective property management.

  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for various service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

  • Respond to tenant/owner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain detailed property records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., accounting, leasing) to ensure seamless operations.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

 

Requirements:

  • College degree or above.

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in property management.

  • Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and basic English communication skills in speaking and writing.

  • Proficient in the use of relevant computer applications, preferred.

  • Responsible, strong execution skills, able to work under pressure.

  • Possess good management skills and leadership abilities.

  • Knowledgeable about the market conditions of property management in Macau.

  • Well-versed in the relevant laws, regulations, and implementation requirements for property management services.

  • Hold a Macau light vehicle/light motorcycle driving license.

  • Hold a "Professional Management Personnel in Property Management" certificate.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
