Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team in ensuring proper management and maintenance of properties for lease
• Conduct regular inspection of properties and report on areas that require management’s attention, propose solutions, enhancements and ensure follow through
• Support the executives in managing tenants’ concerns and resolve issues timely
• Review quality of work of contractors, negotiate and manage renewal of contracts
• Review structure, processes and policies, set standards and best practices for the department
• Review AGM reports and represent the organization to attend meetings as necessary
• Assist the Director to prepare department’s budgets, review operating costs and write reports accordingly
• Support the Director in improving the department’s overall competency and performance

Job Requirements

• University graduate;
• Minimum 6-8 years in managerial level or relevant experience in property and/or corporate leasing business
• Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with colleagues and people at all levels
• Familiarity with Macau landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures will be a distinct advantage;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
