協助監督及統籌物流、搬遷、翻新、裝修、維修及保養工作，涵蓋布料、地毯、窗簾、椅子、桌子及其他一般性家具及設備（FF&E），適用於澳門永利及/或永利皇宮。

職位介紹

• 監督項目進度，確保在預算範圍內按時完成，同時有效管理多個項目及工作優先次序。
• 統籌物流安排、安裝、維修、翻新及家具與 FF&E 相關的保養工作。
• 維護及管理項目文件，包括圖則、操作手冊及物料提交與批核記錄。
• 監督維修工作，確保家具、裝修及翻新工程的質量維持於高水平。

職位要求
工作經驗：具至少 2 年建築／翻新行業的項目管理經驗，並具備家具、地毯、木工及布藝工程的基本知識。
教育程度：持工程／建築／管理相關文憑或以上學歷
語言能力： 良好英語及廣東話能力
電腦技能： 熟悉微軟應用程式（包括 Visio、Project、Office）

Job Purpose
Assist to maintain oversight and coordinate logistics, relocation, renovation, refurbishment, repair & maintenance of fabric, carpet, drapery, chairs, tables and other general FF&E related to Wynn Macau and/or Wynn Palace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget, while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Coordinate execution of logistics, installations, repairs, renovations, and maintenance of furniture and FF&E works.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and material submissions for approval.
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure quality standards for furniture, fit-out, and refurbishment works are consistently upheld.

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience in the construction / refurbishment industry, good general knowledge of furnishings, carpets, carpentry and upholstery works.
Education: Diploma in Engineering / Construction / Management or above
Language Ability: Good English and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Expert in MS applications (Visio, Project, Office)
