Key Responsibilities:
- Receive all food & beverage, materials, supplies and equipment against purchase orders as per standard requirements.
- Ensure the daily operation of the stores and receiving
- Ensure that all incoming goods are of the required quantity and quality.
- Liaise with user departments for picking up the delivered goods
- Keep daily records, file and prepare reports.
- Ensures that all standard operating procedures are followed and inventory level of all supplies and materials is effectively maintained at an optimum level

主要職責:
- 根據標準要求接收酒店採購訂單中的所有食品和飲料、材料、用品和設備。
- 確保收貨部日常營運及收取貨物
- 確保所有進貨均符合要求的數量和品質。
- 與用戶部門聯絡,提取已交付的貨物
- 保存每日記錄、歸檔和準備報告。
- 確保遵循所有標準作業程序,並確保所有供應品和物資庫存維持在最佳水平
