BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The is a professional position responsible for shipment operations (inbound, outbound, inland shipments, shipment booking, shipping document, etc.) from China factories and SEA countries to Jiaxing, China Warehouse (JHM). Manage for 3PL performance management, CO-pack quotation, tariff analysis, inbound freight cost management (from Vietnam, US to Shanghai/Ningbo ports) and ensure shipment on-time departure from port of discharge and support consolidation shipment from multiple factories to optimize FCL shipment. Act as he superuser to one or more logistics process/procedure/workflow and lead continuous improvement project.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform the arrangement of high complexity logistics activities including but not limited to inbound, outbound, inland shipments, booking, shipping document, dispatching for 2 BU.
- Monitor and manage the operations of daily shipment with suppliers and 3PLs including dealing with China warehouse business and cooperate with Shenzhen supply planning team and customer service team ensure shipment on time.
- Manage the shipment consolidations and arrangement in Northern/Southern China, SEA countries and US suppliers to China bonded warehouse.
- Manage value-added service, rework and labelling job with warehouse and provide solution based on customer’s requirement
- Perform PO receipt and ship confirm timely into Oracle, upload shipping documents on Finance shared folder and share shipping documents to 3PL/or customs broker/or to customer service team.
- Act as a superuser to one or more process/procedure/workflow and lead continuous improvement project (process and system).
- Guide, train and monitor the work of Specialist or Senior Specialist.
- Verify freight invoices and prepare bank voucher for payment arrangement to service providers.

Education, Qualification and training
• Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics
• Recognized professional accreditation professional international logistics or professional management is preferred

Experience or skills required
• At least 8 years working experience in Logistics with relevant industry and experience in sea freight, air freight, China domestic delivery arrangement, in and out China customs knowledge and this person will require to manage inventory from China bonded warehouse to our warehouse in Canada, EMEA and to US.
• Advanced working knowledge of ERP system, set up and processes in Logistics (Oracle is preferred)
• Advanced skill on PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel and Word document
• Good project management skill to rollout improvement initiative
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Exposure to 3PL and carrier management
