職位要求：

只招有小紅書經驗

工作內容：

1. 市場調研：
  • 找到對標帳號，分析和拆解爆款筆記，整理出成功的標題。
2. 產品拍攝與文案編輯：
  • 負責產品拍攝，撰寫吸引人的文案，發佈高質量的圖文筆記。
3. 視頻素材拍攝與剪輯：
  • 拍攝並剪輯視頻素材，發佈精彩的視頻筆記，增加內容的多樣性。
4. 小紅書後台管理：
  • 負責小紅書後台的管理工作，包括付費推廣、數據分析和報告。
5. 撰寫小紅書文案：
  • 創作具吸引力的文案，提升用戶互動和品牌形象。

我們希望您：

  • 具備小紅書運營經驗，熟悉平台規則和用戶行為。
  • 有創意，能獨立思考，並提出有效的內容優化建議。
  • 具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與團隊緊密合作。

薪資待遇：
