LA Education is on the hunt for self-motivated teachers to join our qualified team of educators. To ensure success as an English teacher, the candidate English teacher must possess a pleasant disposition that will enhance the learning process. Ultimately, an outstanding English teacher should engage students in meaningful and fun activities, creating an environment conducive to learning.

Job Descriptions:

Execute lessons according to a pre-set curriculum.
Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
Communicate both verbally and in writing with parents on students’ progress.
Conduct and interpret formal and informal assessments to evaluate student progress, maintain records of student work, and develop intervention strategies to ensure student success and growth.
Work collaboratively with support teachers to ensure individual student's needs are met by enriching or modifying lessons, curriculum, materials, and resources as needed.
Participate in staff development and school improvement activities in order to maintain professional growth.
Plan and incorporate best practices or new strategies.

Requirements For Native English Teachers:

Previous experience as an English teacher or teaching young children.
Ability to efficiently use teaching aids in the classroom.
Cheerful & energetic
Passionate about teaching young children.

Work background:

Student Age: 3 to 12 (small class and curriculum well-planned)
Working Time: 5 days a week (admin hrs inclusive)
MUST be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays
