Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal advice and strategic representation to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients
• 為本地及國際多元化客戶群提供高質量法律建議與策略性代理。
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• 起草、審閱及談判複雜的法律文件、合約與協議。
• Conduct in-depth legal research, case analysis, and preparation for disputes or transactions
• 進行深入法律研究、案件分析，並為爭議或交易做相關準備。
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
• 代表客戶參與法庭訴訟、仲裁以及其他替代性爭議解決機制。
• Collaborate with partners and team members on cross-border matters involving Macau, Mainland China, and Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions
• 與合夥人及團隊成員合作，處理涉及澳門、中國內地及葡語系司法管轄區的跨境事務。

Requirements - 職位要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (preferably from a recognized institution in Macau, Portugal, PRC or common law jurisdictions)
• 法律學士學位或以上（優先考慮澳門、葡萄牙、中國內地或普通法司法管轄區的知名院校畢業者）。
• Valid lawyer’s license / admission to the Macau Lawyers Association (or equivalent qualification with ability to qualify)
• 有效律師牌照／澳門律師公會會員資格（或具備等同資格並能順利取得資格者）。
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a reputable law firm (litigation or corporate/commercial background preferred)
• 於知名律師事務所具備至少2至5年工作經驗（優先考慮訴訟或公司／商業背景）。
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
• 優秀的溝通、分析、談判和文書撰寫能力
• Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin, written and spoken)
• 精通英語和中文（粵語和/或普通話，書面和口語）
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a strong advantage
• 懂葡萄牙語者優先考慮
• Strong work ethic, client-focus, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• 具有良好的職業道德、以客戶為中心，並能在快節奏的國際環境中高效工作
