We are looking for Assistant Chief Security Officer for Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond and take action as directed in respect of any emergency situation
• Review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports.
• Assist guests and colleagues to evacuate the hotel at times of emergency, ensuring panic is minimised and control is maintained
• Work as a liaison for the security staff, and monitor guidelines to ensure they are being followed as directed.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to Security department on room occupancy, arrivals & departures, function / events of the day and special attention that is needed.
• Monitor and control the movement of all employees leaving or entering the hotel through the employee entrance.
• Watch for prostitutes and pimps and when observed, take appropriate steps to monitor presence.
• Ensure that all new team members are briefed and / or trained in Fire Prevention / Fire Fighting Procedures and Occupational Health and Safety relevant to their position.
• Apply hotel regulations, adhering to existing laws and regulations for safety, security and prevention.

• Must speak English and Chinese Fluently
• A proven record of Security experience within Hotel Security, Police, and Military. Fire Prevention and First Aid are a requirement of the job
• An awareness of the legal aspects in relation to: - Licensing, Fire regulations, Police and Criminal Evidence Act, to include the Hotel Proprietors act, (InnKeepers Act)
• To be able to deal with a wide range of situations and enquiries with efficiency, tact diplomacy and without Liability
• Computer skilled required (Word)
• A good standard of physical fitness is expected and must be maintained
• Macau resident only
