Fragrance Consultant (Full-time/ Part-time)

To act as a brand ambassador and be responsible for creating memorable experiences so that we inspire human connections with our customers, providing the highest level of customer service and achieving sales goals through delivering compelling Fragrance Profiling experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily store operations and maximize sales opportunities.
  • To tell compelling stories alongside brand and product guidelines.
  • Access customer’s needs and maintain long term relationships with them.
  • Maintain a keen interest into the industry and market trends.
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of product shelves, displays and floors.
  • Comply with all procedures relating to stock control and participate in preparation and completion of stock take exercise.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in Luxury/ Fragrance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Great team player and able to work independently.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
