  • 澳門自來水股份有限公司於1935 年成立,為一家私營企業,主要業務是為本澳提供安全、穩定、優質的供水服務。公司於1985年重組(母公司為法國蘇伊士),與政府簽訂一項為期25年的供水專營合約。憑著卓越的服務表現於2009 年與澳門特區政府續簽為期20 年的《延長澳門特別行政區供水公共服務批給公證合同》,有效期至2030年7月。

    Established in 1935, the Macao Water Supply Company Limited is a private enterprise in Macao which provides safe, reliable and quality water supply service. The company was restructured in 1985 (SUEZ is its parent company) and signed a 25-year water supply concession contract with the Macao Government. The superb water supply service during the period has earned the company a renewal of the “Extended Contract for the Concession of the Public Utility Service of Water Supplying in the Macao SAR” in 2009, valid for 20 years till July 2030.

行政助理 (行政部)

職位描述
1. 處理及記錄各類型的維修事項;
2. 協助管理清潔組、公司車輛、保安、滅蟲、公司制服及電話通訊設備等工作;
3. 監察攝像機(CCTV)系統;
4. 記錄電話費用、車輛維修費用、停車場收費等零用現金事項,處理相關發票及政府部門罰單;
5. 代表部門處理及起草信函,聯絡政府部門等有關行政的工作事項;
6. 處理車輛行車証及保險續期手續;
7. 處理貨物出入口手續;
8. 完成上級安排或委派之相關行政職務。

技術要求
1. 大學畢業或以上程度,;
2. 2年行政工作經驗或曾在澳門自來水接受在職培訓為更佳;
3. 持職安卡或曾接受設施管理或處理出入口手續培訓為更佳;
4. 基本文書處理,如Microsoft Office的應用;
5. 良好中英文程度;
6. 良好溝通技巧及應變能力,能獨立妥善完成各項工作。

Job Description
1. Handle and record various types of maintenance.
2. Assist in the management of cleaning team, company vehicles, security, pest control, uniforms and communication equipment, etc.
3. Surveillance (CCTV) system.
4. Record petty cash such as telephone expenses, vehicle maintenance expenses, parking lot charges, and process relevant invoices and government department fines.
5. Draft letters on behalf of the administration department, liaise with the government and other administrative matters.
6. Handle vehicle license and insurance renewal procedures.
7. Handle the cargo import and export procedures.
8. Assist in the relevant administrative duty assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement
1. University graduate or above.
2. 2 years of administrative work experience or having received on-the-job training at Macao Water is preferred.
3. Possessing an Occupational Safety Card or having received facility management or logistic of in-out training is preferred.
4. Basic computer knowledge, such as Microsoft Office applications.
5. Good command of both Chinese and English.
6. Good communication skills and adaptability, able to complete various tasks independently and properly.
