Admin / Assistant Account Manager

Looking for talented individuals to join TDH’s Macau team to implement our digital hospitality products that will improve guest experience at major hotels throughout Macau.

Job description

  • Accompany sales manager to client presentations
  • Integrate TDH’s product with customers’ existing hospitality software
  • Resolving client issues and implementing new functions
  • Data entry
  • Create digital marketing materials
  • Be up to date on trends in the hotel industry
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by sales team/account manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Self-starter
  • Tech savvy
  • Multilingual - Strong command of English & Mandarin a plus
  • Attention to detail & organized
  • Fresh graduates welcome

Benefits

  • Base salary MOP 14,000 to 18,000 plus year-end bonus
  • 5-day work week
