Job Description: • Provide full administrative support, to manage ingoing and outgoing mail distribution. • Keep two facilities including Macau Office and Warehouse organized and clean. • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers for both facilities, Macau office and warehouse. • Assist in filing process including hard copy filling and soft copy filling in the share drive. • Assist in preparing mobile fee spending report and maintaining contact list. • Manage company uniforms, T-shirt and Jacket. • Assist in corporate hotel booking, and co-ordinate transportation. • Provide general support to visitors. • Assist in managing facility health and safety. • Performed other ac hoc tasks as required by your direct report. Requirements: • Macau ID is a must. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; • Solid experience in office administration and facilities management is a must • Computer literate, proficient in MS office including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. • Independent and mature individual with strong interpersonal skills • High level of ethics and confidentiality • Immediate available is an advantage • Driver’s (automobile or motorcycle) license is an advantage Benefits: This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join a company with good career prospects.
