Job Description • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for the department. • Assist in office management. • Conduct research and collection on any information or data needed. • Prepare and distribute corresponding memos, letters, faxes, forms, etc. to the correct relevant departments or personnel. • Be responsible for filing documents into the systems. • Handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in some special projects as assigned.
