Job Description: • Assist in daily management of store operation to ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments, and all policies set forth in the Operations are properly carried out • Assist in general administrative, filing and data processing duties • Communicate company policies, memorandum and general information to staff in a clear & concise manner to ensure consistency and standardization • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines • Minimum one year of retail operations experience • Details -driven, self- motivated and adaptive to changes • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Be able to work in a team- oriented environment • Good PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese For the interested parties, please send your resume with expected salary to us via E-mail: hr@fila.com.hk (All personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.)
