Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement property management policies, operational procedures, and contract terms, ensuring effective execution across all sites. • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to drive operational excellence and long-term success. • Oversee daily property operations, including service quality, safety, security, and environmental hygiene, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. • Manage the maintenance and facilities operations of various types of properties, such as residential buildings, shopping centres, office buildings, or special purpose premises, etc. • Review and enhance leasing management practices, policies, and planning. • Prepare and manage property management budgets, monitor expenditures, and support asset management planning. • Ensure financial discipline by overseeing income and expenses, and ensuring efficient use of resources. • Facilitate the formation of owners’ committees and actively participate in related meetings, including those held after office hours. • Address and resolve clients / customers / tenants' complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently. • Provide technical and feasibility assessments for building equipment and facilities upgrades. • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and clients' satisfaction. • Monitor contractor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, tenants, service providers, etc. and internal stakeholders • Liaise with government departments and ensure compliance with local regulations. • Maintain close communication with the board of directors, providing updates on operations and strategic progress . Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. • At least 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a senior managerial role • Professional qualifications in property management are highly preferred. • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with strong organizational and coordination skills. • In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices. • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. • Macau I.D. holder is required.
