Sales Support Coordinator
Working location: Macau
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality sales services to our customers and support to Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries and quotation from customers to meet customers’ needs and expectations
Solve customers’ sales issues, such as billing adjustment, contract preparation, shipment or service inquiry and handle special customer requests
Handle relevant sales service procedures on customer database maintenance in related systems
Qualify suspects from various lead sources to acquire quality prospects and new customers for different sales channels
Prepare monthly sales reports and simple sales analysis
Handle administrative and operational tasks for the department, coordinate team activities, and generate management reports, prepare meeting materials and business data.
Assistance to manager in monitoring process, gatekeeper, and supporting Team’s business programs or projects, business promotion activities as assigned.
Requirements:
High school graduate with minimum 1 year work experience
Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
Self-motivated, customer focused and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Familiar with MS Office applications, especially with knowledge of MS Excel
