Job Description: The Secretary plays an essential role in ensuring that the General Manager's office operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of the General Manager. Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager -Manage the General Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision - Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager - Conduct research, compile data, and produce insightful analyses to support decision-making processes - Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and proactively address them to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Receives and screens phone calls, visitors, incoming correspondence, documents, and e-mails on behalf of the General Manager - Examines, verifies, and organizes a variety of records and reports including budget documents, invoices, and regulatory reports - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters - Perform other administrative tasks as required Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretary or administrative in an executive support role, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail - Proficiency in MS Office applications and executive support software - Strong interpersonal abilities and diplomatic communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence. - Fluent in written English and Chinese - Knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends is an advantage - Macau ID holder only.
