Job Responsibilities: * Process Invoices and verify expense reports (including administrative, inventory and fixed assets, etc.) * Update accounts payable ledgers, inventory reports and maintain the database. * Reconcile account transactions and resolve discrepancies. * Perform other related duties as required, such as document delivery and banking errands.
