Senior Specialist, Partner (Human) Resources and Administration – Starbucks Macau
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs.
Act as the primary liaison with labor agencies to manage overseas quota applications and approvals.
Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, databases, and filing systems.
Provide expert-level support and guidance on HR-related inquiries and issues.
Drive continuous improvement in HR operations and administrative processes.
Supervise and coordinate office administrative functions, including government submissions, document verification, and vendor management.
Prepare monthly reports and analysis to support HR planning and decision-making.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of Macau labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Less experience may be considered for the Specialist role.
