Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare architectural and interior design including drawings and details, etc. and design related documents including but not limited to the project descriptions, narratives, specifications, etc.;
• Coordinate in-house MEP and structural team to provide the design according to the Government/statutory requirements;
• Compile all required information and documentations to facilitate the statutory submission, and monitor the permits and licenses submission status;
• Able be manage the projects, from early design stage up to the construction and subsequent hand-over to the Clients;
• Able to liaise with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants independently;
• Attend all on-site inspections, project meetings and/or testing requested by the Authorities with client representatives;
• Perform duties assigned by Team Leader/Project Manager/Project in Charge.

• Bachelor degree in Architecture;
• Experience design and statutory submission is an advantage;
• Knowledge on Macau Design Regulation;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS-Office (3D Max, Photoshop, Revit, Sketch-up or other computer graphics software is an added advantage);
• Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;
• Positive and affirmative communication skill;
• Fresh graduated of University student, or candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Architect.

• 準備設計，包括圖紙和大樣圖等，以及與設計相關的文件，包括但不限於專案說明、設計說明、技術規範等；
• 室內設計工作；
• 協調公司內部的機電和結構團隊，根據政府 / 入則要求提供設計；
• 彙編所有必要的資訊和文件以作入則之用，並跟進政府審批及施工准照的進度；
• 需負責管理工程，由前期設計階段到施工階段，直至完工並向客戶進行交收；
• 能夠獨立與客戶、承包商、供應商和顧問溝通；
• 按照客戶代表要求，參加工程所需的所有現場檢查、工程會議和 / 或現場測試；
• 履行組長 / 項目經理 / 項目負責人所分配的工作。

• 建築學士學位；
• 具建築設計及入則工作經驗更佳；
• 認知澳門的建築設計規範；
• 基礎英語及中文 (粵語及 / 或普通話) 的書寫和口語；
• 使用AutoCAD 和 MS-Office (3D Max、Photoshop、Revit、Sketch-up 或其他圖像處理軟件者更佳)；
• 能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作，並遵守公司和客戶的最後期限；
• 正面和肯定的溝通技巧；
• 大學畢業生或資歷較淺者將獲考慮成為初級建築師。
