Position Summary
Reporting direct to the SPM - Design Support, the candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating Design teams and consultants, preparing documents and reports, attend meetings, and document and follow-up with design directions to ensure compliance with Owner's design requirements.

Primary Responsibility

• Support SPM & PM to monitor and supervise Design consultants in developing Design efforts; including coordination, monitoring schedules and costs in an effort to achieve owner's design requirements with designated budgets and program
• Support SPM & PM to monitor and supervise the Design consultant(s) in completing tasks on schedule
• Review and comment on consultant's submissions including drawings, specifications, design reports, technical reports, programs, schedules and budgets
• Support the value engineering of consultants' design and recommend cost effective sources, alternative suppliers, and design solutions without compromising the design intent
• Provide design support for and communicate closely with the consultant team on new/modified designs for the projects, as required
• Support SPM & PM to work closely with consulting teams in resolving design issues that may affect the individual and or overall Design or impair the progress of work
• Support the in-house team in the preparation of tender packages

• Diploma or degree holder in Architectural or Interior Design
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Architectural and/or Interior design; experience shall be in architectural or interiors firms, or within the design management office of a property developer. Experience in casinos and hotels is preferred.
• Experience in managing design consultants. Experience in Macau is a plus
• Strong background and experience in Architectural/Interior Design and Design management. Design experience in architectural design is a plus.
• Familiar with the specification of building materials, installation details and statuary building and fire codes.
• Experience in working as Owner Representative in an Integrated Resort Development is a major advantage
• Capable of preparing sketches, perspectives and details; able to use AutoCAD. Knowledge in other drawing programs is a plus.
• The candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and English. (Proficiency in Mandarin, is an advantage)
• License architect is a strong plus.
