Responsibilities:

Communicate with designers/ contracting teams to understand the project construction procedure and details
Coordinate on site for processing design drawings to smoothen the project execution and communication
Digest fitting out shopdrawing and relevant to ensure delivering works could meet client and legal requirements
Conduct inspection for fitting out works against drawings
Support to process and amend design drawings

Requirements:

Diploma holder in architectural studies or equivalent
3 years working experience in fitting out projects. Hands-on site coordination experience is a bonus
Possess knowledge on building regulations & construction procedures
Team player with good communication skills
Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer
