職位內容 Responsibilities

• 管理及執行再保險政策及框架
• 為上級提供合約再保險續保、系統更新和日常運營方面的技術支援
• 確保合約再保險計劃順利續保，以保障現有業務並符合公司標準
• 提供及時且準確的統計報告/數據，供管理層審核合約和臨時再保險的執行情況
• 編制定期再保險合約相關的報表
• 監控風險敞口，包括火災累積風險和承保限額檢查
• 協助審核最新的風險概況、天災數據、重大損失狀況彙總及其他承保資料組合
• 協助識別系統需求，編寫用戶需求說明書，與IT部門跟進並確保系統中生成的所有再保險交易報告均準確且按時完成
• 維護與再保險公司及分保人的業務合作關係

• Management and implementation of Reinsurance Policy and Framework
• Technical support to superiors on treaty renewal, system updates and daily operations
• Ensure a smooth renewal of treaty reinsurance programs to enable the protection of existing business and alignment of the Company’s standard
• Provide timely and accurate statistical reports/data for management’s review on treaty and facultative results
• Prepare the regular reinsurance treaty related bordereaux
• Monitor the exposure including fire accumulation and underwriting limit checking
• To assist in reviewing the update risk profiles, catastrophe data, major loss status summary and other underwriting information package
• To assist in identifying system needs, prepare user requirement, follow up with IT and ensure all R/I transactions report generated in system are correct and meet timeline
• Managing business relationships with reinsurers and cedents

• 工商管理相關學士學位
• 具備 5 年保險領域的工作經驗
• 具備再保險知識者優先
• 持有保險或相關專業文憑
• 持有ANZIIF/ACII或同等認可的保險專業資格者優先
• 良好的中英文書寫和溝通能力
• 具備數據分析與解讀能力
• 具備紮實的再保險經驗

• Degree in Business related studies
• 5 years’ working experience in the field of insurance
• Preferable to have reinsurance knowledge
• Diploma holder in insurance and any related discipline
• Recognized insurance qualification ANZIIF / ACII or equivalent preferred
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Experience in reinsurance field with solid background
