Position Summary The Assistant Manager assists in handling the accounting of MICE business. Main Responsibilities • Monitoring the payment and actual spending of the event. • Carry out billing, aging analysis, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. • Prepare account reconciliations, verifying payment details with supporting documents. • Work closely with MICE sales and services team on contracts, billing and invoicing. • To perform duties as assigned to meet business needs. Key Requirements & Capabilities • University graduate, preferably major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. • Professional accounting qualifications would be an advantage. • With 3-5 years account servicing experience in MICE related field is highly preferred. • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. • Good communication and analytical skills
